How do I place an order? To place an order, simply select the items of your choice, choose the desired size, then add the products to your cart before finalizing your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation? Once the order has been confirmed, it is generally no longer possible to modify or cancel it. However, if your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we invite you to quickly contact our customer service.

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the items ordered, the total amount, and the delivery address.

What are the preparation and shipping times? Orders are generally prepared within 4 to 6 business days. Shipments are made on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Do you deliver internationally? We currently deliver in France, some European countries, and French overseas territories.
