We pay special attention to the preparation, packaging, and shipping of each order. Every product is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in a condition that reflects the brand's quality image.

Carriers
Orders are shipped via Colissimo, to a relay point or home delivery, depending on your choice and destination.
Preparation Times
Orders are prepared within an estimated 5 to 7 business days after payment validation, except in exceptional cases related to pre-orders or items that are in high demand.
Shipments are made on Tuesdays and Fridays, unless otherwise prevented.
During periods of high activity, collection launches, pre-orders, or special operations, these deadlines may be exceptionally extended.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within an estimated 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination.

Order Tracking
Upon shipment of the order, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the customer.
Pre-orders
Some collections or products may be offered for pre-order. In such cases, specific manufacturing, preparation, and shipping times will be indicated directly on the relevant product page.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to meet announced deadlines. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend on them. The brand cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.
Incorrect Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the delivery information provided during their order. In case of an error, the brand cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
An order will be considered lost if no tracking update appears within 30 days after shipment. In case of a lost or damaged package, the customer must contact the relevant carrier as soon as possible.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For some destinations, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
