What is the status of my order?
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during your purchase.
A second email will be sent to you at the time of shipment, including your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Your order steps
- Order Confirmed — Your order has been successfully received and is being prepared.
- In Preparation — Each item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.
- Shipped — Your package is on its way. You will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Delivered — Your order has arrived at its destination.
Track my package
Have your tracking number (received by email) ready and go directly to the carrier's website to track the delivery of your package.
(The tracking link is also available in your shipping email.)
Estimated delivery times
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 working days after shipment
- DOM-TOM and International: 4 to 5 working days after shipment
These times are indicative and may vary depending on periods of high activity or unforeseen events with the carrier.
