Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

We attach great importance to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

Each order is manually prepared, checked, and carefully packaged before shipping.

However, if an item does not suit you, we offer you the possibility to request an exchange, a credit note, or, within the framework of the legal right of withdrawal, a refund under the conditions specified below.


Return Period

The customer has 14 days from the receipt of their order to make a return request.

Any request must be sent to our customer service before any shipment. After this period, no exchange or refund request will be accepted.


Conditions for accepting returns

To be accepted, the returned product must imperatively be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by its original tags
  • Returned complete

Any incomplete, damaged, worn, washed, or unsaleable product returned may be refused.


Products not eligible for returns

For reasons of hygiene, personalization, or commercial management, certain products cannot be exchanged, refunded, or credited:

  • Personalized products
  • Underwear
  • Accessories
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Return Procedure

After validation of the request, return instructions will be sent to the customer.

Products must be returned to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Exchanges and Credit Notes

We prioritize exchanges and credit notes when possible.

When a return is accepted, the customer can request:

  • A size exchange
  • An exchange for another available product
  • A credit note credited to their customer account
  • A refund within the framework of the applicable right of withdrawal

In the event of an exchange for a more expensive product, the customer will have to pay the price difference. In the event of an exchange for a less expensive product, a credit note for the remaining amount will be offered for a future order.


Refunds

Refunds are only possible within the framework of the legal right of withdrawal and provided that the returned products comply with all the conditions provided in this policy.

The refund is made after receipt, verification, and validation of the returned product. The processing time can be up to 14 days after receipt of the package.

The refund is made via the same payment method used during the order. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
