DELPHINUS CRÉATION —
Our Story
⸻ ◆ ⸻
Some desires ripen for a long time before becoming a decision. Mine took years to find its form, driven by a simple and profound conviction: to create something authentic, something that truly reflects me.
For thirty years, I worked as an A.T.S.E.M. (Specialized Agent for Nursery School Teachers) in nursery schools. A profession of care, patience, and connection — but also, for me, a space where I always let my creativity flourish. In workshops, projects, the little everyday things, it was there, this desire to create, to make, to invent. But one day, it was no longer enough.
It was illness that forced me to pause. Months, then years, of slowing down, rediscovering myself, relearning to listen to myself. And it was in this forced silence that an undeniable truth emerged: I needed to create. Not as a hobby, but as a necessity. As a way of existing.
So I took a different turn.
To delve into my roots. To lose myself in this Camargue land where I live, between the marshes, horses, bulls, pink flamingos, and a light unlike any other. A land of character, space, and silence, which carries within it a form of natural, almost instinctive elegance.
It was there, between two horizons, that everything began. First with the creation of a logo — a visual signature that would become the starting point for something bigger. Then with a decision: to create my own brand.
Not in a Parisian studio or facing a trend board, but in the strength, resilience, and beauty of my nature, of my territory.
With a simple requirement: to do well. To do authentically. To create clothes that last, that have character, and that tell a story.
Each piece is conceived in Camargue, meticulously crafted, with particular attention paid to quality, comfort, and finishes. My materials — organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled polyester — are carefully chosen, because a quality garment always begins with what you don't see: what it's made of, and the values it embodies.
I don't mass produce. I don't chase after seasons. I believe that fashion doesn't have to be disposable, and that elegance has nothing to do with abundance.
Each collection is designed as a signature. A way to wear simple, elegant, and timeless clothes, inspired by a French art of living and the raw beauty of the South.
Because this brand is a reflection of my life. This life that I built surrounded by my mother, my children, my husband, and my grandchildren, and into which I have poured all my sincerity and all that I am — my sensitivity, my authenticity, my gentleness as well as my strong character, my love and my fighting spirit — so that one day, through this brand, a small part of me will be perpetuated. And to have the pride of knowing that this legacy will continue to exist, long after.
Because a beautiful garment is much more than just fabric and a cut. It's a story to wear.
